“Hired Dan to refinish our poorly coated maple floors and to repair areas where we had demolished substructures of the house. Stopped by the shop to consult with him and he quickly recommended the cheaper option of refinishing rather than installing all new flooring. His team was quick and efficient, working around us as we remained living in the home. He does four coats of water-based polyurethane and the finish is excellent. I had a few questions after the work was done and he gladly stopped by the property to consult and even fix little areas that required attention. Dan has decades of experience with flooring in Philadelphia and has even refinished multiple floors on boathouse row. Would definitely recommend using Dan and Keystone Flooring. His shop on pine street is great to check out even if you have no flooring needs!“

“I have used DAgostino carpets for many years. They have always done an excellent job, and they are very reliable. Their prices are competitive. They have a nice showroom to make your selection, along with suggestions. Recently I had to call them to help me out with pulling a rug back and replacing padding. Mike came out and did a quick and excellent job, including helping with a carpet stain advice. You can't ask for more from a company that's been in business for years with great service. I wouldn't use any other business. They know how to do it and get it done!“

“I had our first floor renovated in the house my grandparents bought in 1949. Underneath the dining room and hallway carpet were the original floors made of Oak and Pine respectively. Floors I had never seen before until the renovation. The hallway floors also had tile on them which was underneath the carpet. Lucky all the floors were still in pretty good shape. My original kitchen contractor had pulled up the carpet and tile and sanded them. However, we parted ways before the job was done and I reached out to AC&T to do the floors because of their great reviews. It was true. Kevin amd his team are great! Kevin initially came out and looked at my floors, talked to me about what I wanted to do, made suggestions. The price for us was good and so we booked with them. We stayed in an airbnb for a few days while they worked on the floors because I was having them stained and we wouldn't be able to walk on them.The team came in and re-sanded all the floors including the steps and made them so much better. They also reinforced the steps and filled in any wood gaps all around. I was quite pleased with their work and would highly recommend to others.Kevin and his team are totally professional and get the job done.“
