“Into week six of my physical therapy (cancer rehab), I have only great things to say about my experience at Reboot-Jefferson. I'm not ready for a full-on return to the gym and I'm finding that my time at Reboot is providing the perfect reentry. The workout is challenging but not overwhelming and the concluding muscle adjustment is intensive but comfortable and also includes time for some peaceful reflection (thanks to Felicia!). The therapists are always welcoming, informative and reassuring.I highly recommend Reboot for an excellent physical therapy experience - physical therapy plus!“

“I had a great experience at Summit Acupuncture with Cece. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. We discussed my concerns and what areas we would work on first. My treatment was painless but did include some muscle stimulation that was a great addition. I am looking forward to continuing my treatments and seeing results.“

“I started going to Six Fishes about 5 months ago for some specific pain and wanted to share that my experience at SF has been really amazing, with a big shout out to my practitioner Paul Cybularz. Paul is always attentive and I had noticeable relief from my pain, well within my first few sessions with him. Paul is extremely knowledgable and you can tell he really cares about what he does. I recently started a Facial Rejuvenation series with him and am half way through and really love the results. The sessions are always impactful, yet restorative.
Paul is so great, but I'm hesitant to say too much more about how wonderful he is because I don't want all his sessions to fill up! ;) Amanda at the front desk is also so sweet and helpful with scheduling. Thank you Six Fishes for a wonderful team and atmosphere!“

“Chris has been a godsend to me since day one. He is extremely thorough and thoughtful in his approach to providing care. I went to him as a complicated case with bloodwork showing that I had high inflammation levels and was a cardiac risk. In my initial visit, we spent over an hour talking through all my conditions from head to toe. Once I got on the table, it was amazing. I felt heat coming from my chest and thought it was from the needles. It was the inflammation coming through. I felt a difference almost immediately and knew that I had made the right decision to go to him. He helped bring the swelling down in my legs from May-Thurner Syndrome and Veinous Insufficency, got my sinus issues under control and after one treatment for a pinched nerve in my neck, I haven't had a problem since. Most recently, he helped me through a complicated pregnancy with a careful approach to treatment towards a smooth delivery and I don't think I could have made it through without him! I am so grateful to have found him!“

“Beatrice is a gem! I saw her today for a lymphatic drainage massage following a fat transfer procedure done by Dr. Bucky two weeks ago. She clearly and confidently answered every question I had about the benefits of lymphatic drainage massages and how they work to help the body heal after the type of procedure I had. At two weeks post-op, I've still been feeling quite sore around some of my donor sites and am experiencing some swelling as well. The massage was relaxing and felt wonderful while it was being done. Afterwards, when I went to put my jeans back on, they slid right up due to how immediately the massage worked to reduce swelling. If my soreness was a 5/10 when I went it, Beatrice brought it down to a 1/10. Can't recommend lymphatic drainage massage with Beatrice enough - she really knows her stuff and did an incredible job. I'll be back for round two next week!“

“Doctor Shu is absolutely incredible. Not only is she kind and warm, but she genuinely listened to me and my specific needs and ailments better than any doctor I’ve ever been to. She is an expert of healing and knew exactly how to treat the specifics of my injuries. I have a severe herniated disc and am uninsured, so going to a specialist would be almost financially impossible. I’m happy to say that after 3 weeks of excruciating pain, I felt so much relief after just my first visit. I’m looking forward to my follow up visit and will probably be a regular life-long client. I have never felt more relaxed in my life; my muscles, nerves and joints are all totally balanced in calm, pain-free, harmony. Thank you Doctor Shu! She’s 100% knows her Qi!“

“I have diagnosed ulnar nerve syndrome in both arms, which has caused numbness and tingling from above the elbow to my fingertips for years. Surgery was recommended back in the 90's but I was also told that it would come right back if I continued to use computers. As an administrative assistant not using a computer was not an option! So I just made do all these years.

Recently, a family member went to Barefoot Doctor Community Acupuncture for carpal tunnel syndrome and found great relief. They are similar illnesses so I decided to try it. I am so glad that I did! After one relaxing treatment my symptoms were greatly diminished. After two visits the symptoms were nearly gone. I am five or six visits in now and some days are completely symptom-free. When I do feel anything, it's very mild.

The office is quiet and calm, and each treatment area is comfortably secluded by curtains. Jenny and Rachel are kind and gentle, and explain the process well. The sliding scale ensures that this wonderful care is more accessible than a doctor's visit to the uninsured. Highly recommended.“
