Got the job done but probably won’t use again if we need a plumber. Showed up almost 30 min late to our set apt without an apology, I understand apts can run late but didn’t bother even calling us to let us know. Did about 20 min of work then was out in their van for another 5 or so, I think getting paperwork ready. Charged us for the full hour of work, the least you could do is charge your work appropriately. 25 min of work should not be charged your full hour rate especially after being so late to our apt.Service: Drain cleaning
