“I have a wool coat that I got from a dear friend, and I spilled tomato soup all over. I showed them the spots when I dropped it off. When I went to pick it up, no spots anywhere! It looked like a brand new coat! And the staff was super kind at both drop off and pick up.I did bring it in right away—you don't want to procrastinate on stains or they will set and be nearly impossible to remove, even by the best dry cleaners.I am super happy with my coat.
