We had a great experience with Alex. Out of all the contractors we had over to solve a complex roof need Alex was the only one with the expertise capable of solving it. Joyland was also the only roof company that proactively offered to delay being paid in full until after the job was complete to ensure it was done to our satisfaction. I rarely write reviews, but this one needs to be done. Glad I choose Joyland to get my window shutters replaced. There were a few mix ups with getting our shutters on time but the office staff and sales team kept us informed and were awesome in communicating with us. Javon and Andrew were the associates that came out to install the shutters. They both are very nice, courteous and knowledgeable. They were great! We got a lot of compliments from our neighbors. I definitely recommend Joyland for any job you need. Awesome work, Awesome company!
Joyland installed a new skylight for us. They did an excellent job and were prompt, knowledgeable and professional. Their price was quite reasonable. I couldn't ask for more. I would hire them again in a minute!
