Elizabethtown Flooring was wonderful to work with! I had initially priced out carpet at 2 big box stores, but was quickly frustrated with their lack of customer service. Elizabethtown Flooring provided excellent customer service, helped us find a carpet within our price point, communicated clearly during the ordering and installation process, and quickly fixed a minor issue afterwards. We have no complaints!

Such a kind and invested group of people and they happen to install carpeting well and answer myriads of questions. Luke installed a linear patterned carpet in an L-shaped hallway and 2 bedrooms…no easy task! The line-up looks amazing! Bryan and Dan also helped coordinate and make sure I was happy with the result. Kudos to them and the whole team! Definitely check them out for your next flooring project. I know I will!
