“I have used Keiper Plumbing and HVAC for over a dozen years. They have completed a variety of small(clogged drain) to larger projects (new heating and air conditioning systems) over the years. The office staff is always friendly, responsive and communicate effectively. The technicians are punctual, neat, professional and efficient. On Sunday January 5,2025, my hot water heater started leaking water. I called the office on Monday the 6th and explained my situation. Within three hours, Scott and Blake were at my house. They explained in layperson's language what they were going to do and approximately how long it would take. A knock on my door and they reiterated what they accomplished and also turned on the dehumidifier in the crawl space. Extremely happy and satisfied once again. “I was very disappointed as I have been using Day and Night for a number of years and they were always OK for delivery at a reasonable price. I ordered a tank fill online at a rate of $1.74 per gallon and my card was billed $478.23 as I have a 275 gallon tank. The company never showed up to deliver until about a week and 1/2 later and then only filled my tank 1/2 way and charged me 20 cents more per gallon. Now, if I would like to fill the rest of the tank, the rate it $2.77 per gallon? After 5 emails and various phone calls with no one answering at the business office, this company is obviously having some problems based upon recent reviews. Do not trust them. They also do not disclose an administrative fee of $11.99 that they charge with each delivery regardless of volume.Update- due to COVID 19, the company was experiencing difficulties with remote management of the phone and they corrected the entire situation when they discovered what had happened. Once again, I am a satisfied long term customer and glad they made good on all promises!“
