Bintrim Plumbing did an excellent job for us today. A tenant reported that there was a lack of hot water . We called Bintrim and we had a 12:30 appointment, the plumber call on way to the job site and I explained that the hot water tank was definitely leaking and needed replaced. He explained to me, that’s not a one man job. My heart dropped our tenants mean a lot to us and we try not to inconvenience them. By the time the plumber reached the job site, he had a plan in place. He shut off the water and had a crew lined up with a new hot water tank schedule for couple of hours later. By 3:45 the job was completed and Bintrim Plumbing was our hero for the day.
