“Mansfield Sanitation gave me one of the best service experiences of my life. I work in the customer service industry and as a result I often times have higher expectations than most people - well, Mansfield far and exceeded those expectations.

I had a weird noise that my septic was making. Mansfield came and pumped my septic and ran a camera to see if there were any blockages or bubbles. They saw that everything was clear from my septic to my house. We went into the crawlspace of my basements and found that roughly 20ft of pipe was ripped off causing sewage to go right into the basement crawlspace. Mansfield empathized with our situation (we have 4 young children) and our house is now virtually nonlivable. Mansfield completely adjusted their schedule the next day so that they could come out and fix the plumbing. They came out first thing the next morning and not only fixed all the plumbing but went above and beyond to completely redo the plumbing in the entire basement. The best $600 I ever spent. Next, Mansfield sent out there pump truck to pump out all of the sewage and wash out the basement, disinfect the area, and get it back to better than it was before. all of this done within just a few hours.

Everyone on the Manfield team was polite, professional, knowledgeable, empathetic, and truly cared about helping us out. It’s. It like you can go without a septic. Even though we were in a desperate situation, I NEVER ONCE THOUGHT THEY WERE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF US. Instead, it always felt like they were doing us a solid. That’s the epitome of good customer service.
