My gf and I thought we really liked this place but it turned out they weren’t telling us that my girlfriends cat had really red gums until the last visit there! They put it in the notes back when the cat got spayed then failed to tell us but said your cat is healthy nothing to worry about even though the notes said otherwise! 4 months later we went back and a new vet told us my girlfriends cat has serve red gums and it was in the notes! Very sad about this! Also the one time my gf and I go there and this only happened once but it was so unprofessional and so uncalled for! One of the secretaries was not nice to us! Honestly I'm surprised at all the great reviews. I feel like I'm being super generous with 3 stars We have 3 dogs that are patients at this clinic. Even though we take them to every recommended wellness appointment, when an issue comes up we wait over a month to see a vet. One of the vets is wonderful. She seems thorough and is a good diagnostician. If ya want an emergent appt, you get the male vet who seems unable to diagnose anything. The front desk is run by young girls who always seem to be in training. Ask a question 4 times, and you will still feel like they never heard the question. They talk in circles and answer nothing. This is the most frustrating issue with this vet and will ultimately be the reason I leave. Pricing is a 70% increase over the small town vet that we left. We honestly regret leaving our small town vet.

Absolutely incredible Dr's and staff. They walked me through everything they wanted to do to my dog. Their communication is beyond top notch!! They were very thurough with everything. They made their recommendations and let me choose what I wanted done. I highly recommend them for all your fur babies needs. Also the staff was completely awesome!! I wish I remembered the 2 ladies names that helped through everything. They surely should be recognized.
