“Beware of being overcharged for an appointment. I called to schedule an appointment for my dog and was told they have an appointment open the next day and they could fit me in. When I got the bill, I was charged for an emergency appointment of $100 instead of $65 for a regular appointment. They would not change it because the appointment was given to me within 24 hours. I did not ask for an emergency appointment or to be seen in 24 hours. I just asked for an appointment.<br><br>To follow up: A technician called to ask about my dog and I told her about the overcharge situation. She took the time and effort to address the overcharge, which will be credited to my account. I’m very happy that she made that effort to help me out with this after I spent hundreds of dollars for the vet appointment.“
