When I called for service the lady who answered the phone was very polite and helpful. I'm sure I just got lucky but they actually came out the day that I called which I appreciated so much from them. Jonathan was the technician and did a great, thorough job. He also took the time to explain the problems to me and show me the issues. I will definitely recommend this company to others. Great experience and I appreciated their quick response and help!

My parents ordered fuel from liberty discount. Was suppose to be delivered within the week and never was. After the huge snow storm they were almost empty. Couldn’t get in touch with anyone or even leave a message With a full mailbox with liberty. Called around but union was the only one that answered and we got someone to deliver the next day early morning! Thank you so much for the great service. We will be sticking with you from now on.

I recently had my furnace fail and contacted Union Fuel. To my surprise they came out the same day in the height of their busy season. My furnace was over 30 years old and had to be replaced. Their team came out within 48 hours and had a new furnace installed. I have had three furnaces installed by them over the years and they are by far an exceptional group of people to deal with. Never have I been more pleased with the service I received, especially in these difficult times. Randy is a true professional that cares about his customers and provides the absolute best service you could ask for.
