I asked a worker he was gonna make noise next door because i wanted peace and quiet and he yelled at me and said "go somewhere else if you want quiet" then he started saying "go f yourself". Bad unfriendly person in my book. Are all you workers that way?

I just called for oil this morning. We've been using Union since we moved into this house 3 years ago. I've never had any problems with them until today! Money is extremely tight and I wanted to see what would work and last best for us. I was set with what I wanted and was ready to pay. He said to call back when I had payment info. I told him it would only take me 20 seconds to get my card info and to please hold on. He hung up on me! Randy is his name. The woman who usually works was not in today. Super disappointing.
