“I just got married this Saturday so on Thursday I went in and got a spray tan in the machine. I didn’t feel as though I was dark enough(I had a healthy glow but wanted to be darker for my wedding) I went in and Ro was working the front desk and I’m fairly certain she heard the panic in my voice. She jumped right in to action and got me dark and looking like an absolute goddess. She at no point made me feel uncomfortable or guilty. I have been tanning at salon bronze since I was in high school( early 2000s) but as I’ve gotten older I stick to spray tans for my special occasions. I can not begin to thank them enough for being so amazing. There is not a better company out there when it comes to making sure their customers feel welcomed, heard and walk out happy. Ro went as far as giving me her personal number incase I woke up and wasn’t happy with something.
