Let me preface and say that, prior to this appointment, I couldn't even remember the last time I had had an eye exam, so I was walking in blind, so to speak (no pun intended). Office was super clean and very calming. Office staff was polite while I waited for the doctor. All of this was a perfect setup for my actual appointment with Dr. Larson who was non-judgemental and extremely patient with all of my questions. She was very kind and made sure I understood everything without making me feel rushed in any way. While choosing frames, it felt like a family affair, in a great way. I didn't feel like I was being smothered; Instead, I had different opinions and options available to make me feel like I was choosing something I would feel comfortable/confident past the initial use. Overall, I am so glad that I chose to come to Palmer Family Eye Care. They are a drive for me to get to, but they are absolutely worth it. Thank you to the doctors and the staff for creating such a wonderful environment for the patients. I'm looking forward to my next appointment!
There really aren’t enough good things I could say about Dr Joanne and Dr Andy. They are compassionate, caring drs in a world where patients so often get treated like an assembly line. They are wonderful and thorough with patients of all ages and they treat a wide range of ocular issues. I would not hesitate to recommend their care to anyone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
