Amazing customer service!
Originally, I was going to go to a different dry cleaner and wanted to drop something off Thursday afternoon for pick up on Saturday. They said not possible whereas Lafayette cleaners did it by the next day. He then stayed later than his close time just so that I can pick it up.
Successful businesses are those where the owner cares, and they certainly do care.

These folks did an amazing job on my Avirex Aviator's jacket that I bought down on delancey street about 40 years ago . It had gotten moldy through 3 moves over the period of 2020 thru 2024. I was really skeptical but boy was i overjoyed when i picked it up: no mold smell and leather restored.. AND extremely polite, fair, and bent over backwards to please. Originally quoted me " probably around $90.00." It ended up being $50, which i thought was over-the-top fair. Going to make the 15 mile trip for ALL of my dry cleaning. I think you may be quite pleased whatever you have them do. Thank you Lafayette Cleaners. GeorgiO

I just want to Thank the owner from the bottom of my heart.
He was able to clean my dress for an upcoming wedding in no time. Lafayette Cleaners is the best for customer service without a doubt. Do not waste your time with any other dry cleaners in the Lehigh Valley, you will not receive the same level of service and professionalism. I will tell everyone I know to go to Lafayette Cleaners.
