Andy informed a client about wind and hail damage for a new roof, which was covered by insurance. Victor and the clean up crew did an excellent job installing the roof and skylights, and went above and beyond to help clean up property.
Most amazing experience with a contractor in 12 years of home ownership! In less than 3 weeks KOZI Contracting LLC came into my home and transformed my bathroom. There is also a picture of my kitchen and family room ceiling that they completely ripped out in several places, replaced Sheetrock, spackled and repainted. THIS IS WHAT MY AMAZING EXPERIENCE WAS LIKE: Kozi Contracting LLC is a family owned and operated business. They came into my home and were upfront and honest about cost and what needed to be done in order to properly fix the bathroom and the kitchen ceiling below it from water damage. Their price was in the middle of the lowest I got and the highest quotes I got. The cheapest people were going to reuse all fixtures, reuse old vanity, and reuse the floor which wouldn’t have fit the footprint of new bathtub. I will tell you with KOZI….if I could afford it, I would have paid them more by the end if I could afford to. They addressed every single detail of every single thing in my home that has been or could have been tied to that bathroom, from the boot on my roof for the vent fan, down to my kitchen ceiling. They have a team of workers who are all masters of their craft. From project manager, to the electrician, to the tile guy, to the Sheetrock guy, to the finishing touches guy (punchlist guy). All of them were so professional, timely, worked their butt off all day while here, and cleaned up meticulously after their day of work. THE SHEETROCK GUY CLEANED MY ENTIRE KITCHEN OF ALL THE SPACKLE DUST!!! I thought my husband did it for me…and nope it was the painter/ Sheetrock person. Andy, the project manager asked me for inspiration pictures of what I would like to see. He in turn gave me a bathroom better than what I could have picked myself. ALL of the materials used were high quality, and you can feel it just standing in the bathroom. I agreed to their price and I cannot tell you how many additional things they addressed that I didn’t even notice or think of…simply because they didn’t want an old door on a new bathroom, or because they didn’t want any evidence of a leak down to my kitchen ceiling left behind with the fresh start of my new bathroom. Never once did they try to add more to my cost, and even times when WE OFFERED TO PAY because they went so above and beyond, we were met with “that is not necessary, this is what we do…every job we take on is our reputation and we take it very seriously.” The project manager, Andy, bless his soul, was SO KIND to me with every text and in-person interaction. And believe me, he fielded a lot of texts. Never once was he less than kind and supportive. His attitude NEVER waivered from “do not worry about a thing, we’ve got this…we are going to make it perfect for you.” Sorry for the lengthy review, but there is just so much good to be shared about this company. Please do not hesitate to use them for ANY of your remodeling needs. I learned a valuable lesson here: You get what you pay for…and with them you get an entire team of specialists who can solve every problem they encounter. This story ends with my husband and I procuring funds to get our other bathroom done as welll. We have them scheduled to start our second bathroom next week…so if that doesn’t tell you how much we love them…I don’t know what will.
A great team here!! Kozi contracting remodeled our kitchen and we are so happy with the experience! We contacted them just before the holidays after we moved into our new home. We have a baby on the way so we wanted to get it done fast. They fit us in to their schedule and began immediately. The guys were so kind and did great work. There were some small mistakes made but as we brought them up they made sure to fix them right away and made sure we were happy with the final result. They even threw in some beautiful extra shelving! We will be calling them again later on when we’re ready for more upgrades in our home.
