This is my last time going there. The gentleman at the front is very kind and polite. Unfortunately, some of the nail techs are not. One thing I do not like at all is how quick the service is. When I’m paying, I would like great service and great quality of what is offered. The young woman did my nails and she did my pedicure is 10 minutes and my gel manicure in 18 minutes. She moved so fast it was as if she was rushing. I even said to her, “Why are you going so fast, this is supposed to be an experience.” She looked at me and smiled. No message, no scrub, or any of the things that makes a pedi and mani a relaxing experience.
This has been my salon since they opened. The owners are amazing and quite lovely people. I would never go anywhere else. They do an excellent job on my mani/pedis. I have had all types of different services done and they are all done to my satisfaction and I am particular about the way my nails are done. I highly recommend Elite Nails in Bethlehem PA.

I went there multiple times and even took my mom and sister. I wanted to give them a fair shot and didn’t want to rate them on only a few appointments. But I finally gave up and stopped going. Whether I was a walk-in or made an appointment staff treatment was the same- very rude and dismissive. I tip well because I want good service but they scold me like a child and did the same to my mom. I try to be polite but they just get more aggressive. The quality of the nails depends on who you’re paired with. Some are very good and others are subpar. The place is nice, in a nice shopping center with coffee and food.
