I’d previously been referred to a different endodontist for pain in my molar. That doctor wasn’t confident he would be able to do a route canal to treat the pain I was having. He said my tooth was very complex and it wasn’t guaranteed that he could get the entire root. I then went to an oral surgeon and they suggested an extraction. I wanted to wait to see if the pain got better before I started down that path. Finally, I went to see Dr. Dave at College Hill Dental. He did a thorough examination and listened to my concerns. Dr. Dave was excellent in his assessment and was confident that we could get this root canal done. A few days later, I came back for my root canal. Though I was super anxious, they made me as comfortable as possible and let me take breaks. I also have a very hard time getting numb but Dr Dave was very understanding and patient as he made sure I was comfortable. The procedure wasn’t nearly as horrible as I anticipated. The technology and scans they use to make sure things are done properly are very advanced and gave me confidence that my care was as thorough as possible. They did a crown on my tooth right away, too! No waiting necessary. Overall, I had a great experience at College Hill Dental. They really are a one stop shop for all of your dental needs. From the front desk, to the assistants, to Dr. Dave, everyone was kind and professional. I can’t say enough good things about this office.
5 stars!! Same day tooth pain gone thanks to the wonderful staff at College Hill Dental. Needed 3 teeth extracted and 2 skin graphs. It was painless and they got me in same day! Highly recommend.
I was a patient here when I was a kid through my teenage years, then didn't really keep up with regular dental visits or went elsewhere because of insurance or job switches. But now at almost 33 years old I became a patient again and plan to be a patient for life! The office is very inviting and quaint, the front desk staff were simply joyful, my hygienist was awesome, and so was Dr. Mahoney. They also have the coolest and fanciest technology, like how your teeth are cleaned with this water/air/polishing powder gun thing (soo much better than an ultrasonic scaler!!) They even do patient appreciation giveaways. Top notch practice. 💯
