“The man they sent was professional, but he looked like a man who worked for a living. He was fair honest and up front about cost. Nothing in my mind came across as a scam. He diagnosed an issue that the last HVAC guy missed completely and that tried to sell us a whole new system rather than fix the issue. REHM are people who you can relate to. I'm exceptionally pleased with the new high efficiency boiler installed at a different location than the old one was in our basement. It was necessary to run a lot of new hot water heating lines, add a natural gas supply to the boiler location, and add air intakes and exhaust through the walls of the old brick farmhouse. The new boiler is heating at a far lower cost than the old oil boiler from the 1950's. Mr Raffensberger didn't cut corners. The installation and operation are great!“
