“We have used Ausherman for several jobs both interior and exterior at our home. The last job required power washing & painting the exterior. The power washing was excellent, taking care to clean the gutters and soffit as well as walls. George & his crew did an excellent job of painting the walls & trim. The whole team made sure to put down drop cloths & tape around windows & doors. They were all conscientious, polite & did a great job cleaning up & making sure all the work listed on the contract was done to our satisfaction. We ended up just cancelling the other estimates we had scheduled and going with Dallastown. They did the roof today, only two weeks from when I first contacted them. “Mr. Raffensberger was extremely knowledgaable and was careful to do everything right and to a very high quality. Fees were very reasonable. I'm exceptionally pleased with the new high efficiency boiler installed at a different location than the old one was in our basement. It was necessary to run a lot of new hot water heating lines, add a natural gas supply to the boiler location, and add air intakes and exhaust through the walls of the old brick farmhouse. The new boiler is heating at a far lower cost than the old oil boiler from the 1950's. Mr Raffensberger didn't cut corners. The installation and operation are great!“
