I got my my dress from a resale bridal shop and I was so in love with it, despite it being so large on me. I knew it's potential. Dream Bridal said they only recommended Alterations by Lala to do the job. I live about 45 minutes away from York so I initially took it to another seamstress more local to me and they made me feel so terrible for buying a dress too large. I left bawling and I called Lala. She saw me the next day, evaluated the dress and assured me that she could do this.When I came to pick up the dress, it fit like an absolute glove. Lala basically reconstructed my wedding dress and made it fit PERFECT. The most important dress of my life!! She got me in and had my dress done in a couple weeks, right on time as promised. She genuinely loves what she does, cares about her clients, and is a master at the art of alterations. I struggled to find a bridesmaid’s dress to fit. I tried different styles and found one that “fit” the best knowing it would need alterations. Someone suggested Lala, and I am so glad they did! She took a dress that was too big in some areas and a little tight in others, and made it fit like it was made for my body shape.
