This was an experience! Frank is the proprietor and looks like he is doing this cause he loves doing it. Luckily I got in unannounced, and the haircut took a looong time, but this man has some stories, and some wisdom to share… the haircut is just the medium of exchange. Good man! Good haircut! Thanks Frank!

Mr. Frank Summa
A gentleman of the trade. An old world true master of the art. From his well designed counter tops to his strong command of the history of Pennsylvania. He is a strong connection to what America once was. If your into getting your hair cut by a true master then Mr. Summa is your barber. My only regret is that I didn't meet him before.
