Good afternoon , I came across Intouch PC Design
A while back around 2020 when I had encountered a situation with my computer. Today I had several issues with 2 of my PC and after speaking with Mark on those issues I felt at ease. Mark was understanding, knowledgeable of my situation point blank hands on deck. Mark fixed both of my PC in around 24 hour time . Now let’s be realistic things like this can happen based on how easy or how difficult the situation is . Everyone is situation is different some can be resolved early others might take more time. Intouch PC Design thank you so much for everything we appreciate your time and effort to resolving our issues.

I highly, highly recommend Mark's services. His attention to detail, responsiveness, availability and overall attitude made building my new PC with him an excellent experience. He advised me on parts that wouldn't work/be necessary, saving me money, and worked with me through some unique problems I ran into with my home setup, which he certainly didn't have to do. If you want peace of mind when dealing with anything computer related, Mark is the guy.

He took the time aside the same day I called in order to assure I was fully satisfied. A true professional that went the extra mile to educate me as he worked. It is very evident that he takes pride and passion in the work he does. I would recommend this place to anyone with any computer issue they have.
