About two weeks ago my computer stop working when I was doing schoolwork and process reports. The desperate teacher and student I am called everyone I could google. Even though I knew it was late on a Sunday night. Mark called me and said he could look at my computer that night. He calm me down because I was upset thinking my computer and all my information was gone. He was honesty with me and try his best to help me out. He was able get computer working and got my information back. I was beyond happy. My computer been working better since mark look at it. He is great. He welcome me into his home. He charge me a fair price less than I thought he was going to pay after all work he put into it. I would hand down use mark services and recommended him to anyone looking get their computer fix. Good afternoon , I came across Intouch PC Design A while back around 2020 when I had encountered a situation with my computer. Today I had several issues with 2 of my PC and after speaking with Mark on those issues I felt at ease. Mark was understanding, knowledgeable of my situation point blank hands on deck. Mark fixed both of my PC in around 24 hour time . Now let’s be realistic things like this can happen based on how easy or how difficult the situation is . Everyone is situation is different some can be resolved early others might take more time.
