Houster installed my Metal Roof, Gutter guard and vented my Attic and my bathroom fans through the Attic. My builder vented the bathroom fans through the soffit. According to TOH, houses in cold climates should not have bathroom fans vented through the soffit as this eventually leads to mold.Timing was long because of Winter & inclement weather. Communication was not the best during this period. Nevertheless, they are very good people to work with. Anita has a very sweet disposition.We had a number of estimates and Houster was not the cheapest. We hired Houster Choice in Nov. 2022 to update the outside of our home. We wanted to transform it from an ugly cinderblock home to something that was maintenance-free and visually integrated with its rural riverfront location. We also needed new gutters and repairs, such as water leakage, raise the flat portion of roof, add new skylight and update the 1960s plastic portico. This was a BIG JOB. We had a couple of estimates and we had to follow our gut and go with Houster Choice. We really appreciated the family-run business. They saw our house was a mess. I bought a door from this business and had them install it. The quality of the door was top notch and the installation was done in a very neat and professional manner. The installers were very detailed and meticulous, which are qualities that are rare these days.
