ETG rescued us once again. I have had several occasions where these guys came to our house and helped us out. This time, we discovered a wet spot on our garage ceiling that we suspected was a leak from the bathroom directly above. I contacted ETG and Reede responded immediately. She sent Luis out almost immediately and by the end of the day we were all set and at a reasonable price. Luis kept us informed each step of the way (which was good because we had sort of an unusual situation with the configuration of our bathroom). Will always recommend ETG as the plumber of choice.

I have had the best experiences with ETG plumbing from Eric and team. They respond immediately whenever I have had an issue, schedule a visit promptly and always correct the issue. They explain everything to me and have even showed me their manuals to correct jobs that were done incorrectly by someone else in the past so I know it is now being fixed. Eric and Luis are very kind, patient in explaining the repair and what may be needed in the future, and have come at all hours to correct emergency situations in my home. I cannot recommend these guys enough. I won’t ever use another plumber as long as they are in business.
