Was able to get a next day appointment. Was early, took me in on time. Exam by staff and doctor was very thorough and better than I was expecting. Doctor Bailey was very nice and knew what she was doing. Checkout by Christian was super smooth, he was able to let me know exactly what my insurance was going to cover and what the final cost would be. Had a nice chat, very friendly. Will definitely use this location again!
My parents needed a good exam. I made an appointment with Laura and she was super helpful. Laura gave me alot of information and she was able to give me a convenient appointment. When we arrived the receptionist was super friendly and very welcoming. The Tech was great with my parents. Then Dr. Bailey was up next. She was very patient and helpful in explaining everything we needed. When we sat down to price the glasses it was such an amazing price!!! My parents have very strong prescriptions and bifocals. Overall I liked them. The eye doctor & assitant were understanding & nice. I went in for a promotion they were running but unfortunately I wasn't able to get it because of my perscription. Which I understood. I chose the glasses I liked & paid. I waited maybe a week for them.My only real complaint is that my one pair has given me nothing but problems. I've had to bring them back 3-4 times. They keep having to fix & adjust them. My other pair hasn't been a problem.Would I get another pair from them ?? Yes. But wait till they come back to pay.
