Great service experience of course nobody likes their car being towed. I was having personal issues and had to be hospitalized and my grandparents got my car out. They held my car for a couple days and understood what I was going through and didn't charge me extra for days. Thank you and I appreciate your help and understanding in this matter. Thank you for your patience.
Today, Andrew picked my car up on the side of the road after my old reliable gave out. He made sure to get the window rolled up, since my battery died while waiting. He let me know that my battery wasn't looking good. He was kind and reassuring and personable. I will refer to Wayne's if I know anyone in need in the area.
Bruce came out to look at my car and sadly it was more than just a dead battery. He organized the tow truck for me and even gave me a quick ride up the street to my work. Amazing service, will certainly call them again in the future.
