Due to narrow doorways they removed handles the took old refrigerator out, placing it in the basement as my backup. Then efficiently installed the new refrigerator, discussed the value of an extended warranty and provided instruction on temperature settings and filter replacements. A fantastic experience!“

“James with Patriot Plumbing helped save our family a couple of thousand dollars. We had a branch and wire stuck in our sewer trap. We called another competing company, which was initially able to come sooner, but they could not get it out. We considered having $5k worth of work to dig 5ft down and replace the sewer trap. I called James to see if he would still be willing to come out and help. He came the following day and worked on fishing the items out to prevent us from having to dig up our backyard. After 40 minutes of patience and repeated attempts, he removed the items. We were thrilled and pleased with his service. We didn't feel pressured that James was trying to sell us on digging up our backyard like the other plumber had. James's employee also came to our home and installed a new toilet and was very professional and kind to my wife and kids.“

“My water heater pipe sprung a leak. They came and fixed it the next day. The service tech was friendly and listened to my issue and took appropriate action. He was clean and quick. I don’t get plumbing work done often, but the price seemed fair for the time he was there. He also fixed a leaking shower. All in all it took about 1-2 hours. I’m will definitely use their service again.“
