Top Shelf Group, Jan Finnegan, Ally Glomb, Tyler Yoder and Ben the photographer were remarkable. Best experience I have had selling a home. Jan did not give up on calling me at intervals during the time when I wasn't able to decide on when to sell, Ally, my realtor was very professional, thorough and considerate of me in my situation, Tyler, her assistant was on top of things and helped with all the paperwork details, also Ben, the photographer was so excellent in taking attractive pictures of my home that everyone remarked about when they checked out the listing on the computer. I am very thankful that the selling of my home was so swift and I was pleased in every way.
My wife and I had been searching for a home for 3 consecutive summers (in 2 different locations) before finally finding a great house through Cal Yoder and his group. He was very patient and accommodating with our stress over the process as we had basically given up hope of ever finding something without waiving inspections, or of something worth waiving inspections for.
Cal even toured many homes on our behalf via video chats during weeknights that were not possible for us due to the distance from the old town to the new one, and our priority to take care of our toddler and keeping him on a bedtime schedule.
