I had a hip replacement, Lumbar, spinal fusion and cervical spinal fusion. When I say I was in unbelievable pain pain before I got to this miracle place working with Dan has changed my whole outlook on my future perspective. From the moment you walk in this place from the receptionist all the way to the aqua therapy the land therapy the people that work around you that’s not working directly with you the kindness, to courtesy, the respect, and the support that they give each other as well as each patient is amazing. I love this place and I thank God for it because I feel like I am finally getting my life back.“

The treatments are also quite affordable, and excellent value for money, especially compared to hotel spas in the city. They have locations in Chestnut Hill and Ardmore. “I had a 1-hour deep tissue massage with Karina at Heather Massage in Lafayette Hill, PA, and it was truly the best massage experience I’ve ever had. Before we even started, Karina took the time to give me a short consult where I explained what I was feeling and what I wanted to focus on. She walked me through all the major muscles and tendons involved, how they work, and exactly how she planned to relieve the tension. Her knowledge and professionalism were incredible. During the massage, the pressure was perfect — deep, intentional, and effective. She consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable and adjusted as needed. She also gave me several helpful suggestions mid-session that made an immediate difference. After the massage, she didn’t rush at all. She spent a good 10 minutes explaining everything she worked on, what I should expect to feel in the coming hours, days, and even weeks, and she gave me multiple stretching exercises to help alleviate pain and prevent tension between sessions. That alone was worth the visit. I walked out feeling like a new person. Karina truly goes above and beyond, and her understanding of the body is unlike anything I’ve experienced in a massage therapist.

“I have been going to this nail salon for years. Even when I moved out of the area I would try to fit in a nail appointment if I was in town. They do the best quality dip manicure that you can find. Sarah and Gin take their time to ensure they apply the dip in a way that will last. Also, they are very good at ombre and designs, so if you want something for a special occasion they can make it happen. Try to make an appointment before you go as they are usually pretty busy, but they take walk ins. Everyone who I know will not trust anyone else with their manicure!“
