It also healed better than any other tattoo I've gotten before, they really know what they're doing.“

“I was so impressed the extraordinary cleanliness of the studio. Mel, who did my tattoo, took the time to sit with me and discuss what I wanted. She spent time to fully understand what my vision would look like. She was gentle; however, I did have a few Oooch leave my lips. I highly recommend Heart &Soul, for your first (or second like me) - it was a pleasure with a touch of Ooooch. I love my "tatts" and will refer Mel to others.“
