I never ever leave reviews but I just wanted to express how lovely everyone was and how great my experience was at this office. I haven’t gotten my eyes checked since middle school and the process was so thorough to make sure everything was accurate with no false reading for my prescription. They double checked it all! I also got the cutest glasses at an affordable rate. I never wore glasses before but knew something was off and was lucky to have decided to come here. I’m not a big fan of doctors and a lot of my experiences are with people who see so many patients it’s so in and out and I never feel like I got all my answers. It was such the opposite here. Appointments begin on time. Thorough and comprehensive treatment. Eyeglass prescriptions are spot on and glasses can be ordered and purchased right in the office. Office staff is friendly and efficient with billing and making appointments.
After suffering the last few years by getting my glasses done at a national chain (even though I've been getting my eye exams at Dr Burrell for that same time period), I finally had enough and decided to get them done at his office. What an amazing difference! The quality of my glasses is my most important concern, and even though the staff offered to get my glasses done there, I always declined.Guess that is a lessons learned for me...always go for quality and for the first time in a number of years, my glasses fit...are perfectly balanced (progressive lens can be tricky) and they were done well ahead of the designated time. I would give them 6 stars if I could!!
