Fidelity could begin by not LOSING someone's checking account! Opened an account online, all confirmed, deposited a balance (not large at the time), was able to access all features both online/in the app, and set it as my direct deposit. Fast forward, I attempt to log in to deposit a check, "No accounts found". Try the app, Invalid User. After speaking with both chat and in-person customer service, no one seems to know what happened but "someone will contact me with an update". It's been over a week since "someone will contact me". Still no account found. I'll be closing my account today, (assuming they can find it in the branch) but steer clear! Imagine if they "lost" your account with a significant sum!
