“Took my four year old to see Pam and she did a phenomenal job on his, took his input and gave him exactly what he asked for. I was getting my hair done at the same time and it ended up uneven, the stylist hurt me multiple times by either ripping through my hair with her shears and comb, drenched my face and ear with water and after an hour, ultimately provided me a very uneven cut that didn’t look at all like the photo I showed her. The salon manager (I truly wish I had gotten her name) came to my rescue, gave me exactly what I wanted and offered to not charge me, which I declined. Giving four stars because my original hair dresser seemed young and like she just needs more experience and guidance on cutting hair, not because she’s not skilled. In the end mistakes were made right and I walked about with what I asked for.“

“I was in Scranton for a wedding. I had "yelped" this salon a couple weeks before, but decided I could do my own hair and makeup myself. As I was walking around the area I realized I was close by and decided to go in. So glad I did, they were able to take me the next day (day of the wedding). Selena (sp?) did a wonderful job on my hair and makeup, asked questions about what I wanted. Really liked how I looked and it lasted all day and night. Cute one-stop salon, you can get it all done here! Good customer service, reasonable priced. If I ever visit Scranton again, I know where to come.“
