I had someone from another local company tell me I needed a part and I should really replace my Furnace. He wasn't in the basement 5 minutes when he determined this and gave me a red tag for the heat exchange. I asked him why the guy who came and replaced another part a couple weeks ago which was right beside it find that. He didn't give me an answer only asked me 4 times if I was going to stay with them for the repair and I said I probably would. I looked for some reviews and found others that had said the same thing. Not sure if it is a practice of the company or the employee who is lying to people? Stuart is honest and caresabout the people who he serves.

Jeff was absolutely great! He went above and beyond to finalize our bathroom remodel prior to our house appraisal. We tasked him with a multitude of items such as installation of complex shower fixture with a rainfall shower head from the ceiling, ceiling fan, bathroom light, vanity installation, complete electrical rewiring with several new electrical outlets, stop valve exchange for bidet, as well as other smaller tasks. He had to crawl into the attic on several occasions to make it all work. Hands down the best plumbing/electrical work we have ever had so far. And this in the middle of a pandemic!!! Darlene and Scott are easy to work with and they cared about the situation we found ourselves in. We now need other work taken care of on the house and will be calling them back to help! Great people, terrific service and high quality job. Thank you both!
