His design was spot on for what I wanted but also was willing to work with me to get it there. he is very knowledgeable on the history and every aspect of tattooing. “I was a little nervous about getting my earlobes pierced again because the first time I got them pierced I got a terrible infection and the holes ended up closing. However, James was very professional and definitely made me less nervous about the whole thing. All of the equipment was sterilized and cleaned in front of me which made me very comfortable. He spent the time to give me detailed aftercare instructions as well. It is almost 5 months post piercing now and they have healed wonderfully. Absolutely no pain or problems when putting earrings in. Great place“
