“The doc's are very friendly and professional. Krista is the best when selecting frames! She isn't afraid of saying THESE ARE NOT FOR YOU and was great with my somewhat shy 17yr old son. She had him laughing and got him to like the glasses he ended up with. She's the perfect personality for what i imagine is a sometimes difficult job. When I damage or destroy my glasses, I just walk in a go directly to Krista for help. After she laughs at me for ruining my glasses (and she should!), she always helps me out, and always checks to see if i get new ones for free on insurance before I am asked to pay. Great place where you feel like a person, not a number.“

“In the last couple weeks I have had both of my small children (2 and 4) in the office for random eye problems. We saw Dr. Wisber both times and she was absolutely amazing with both of my girls. They loved her and she was so friendly, knowledgeable and able to work quickly for them. The intake nurses both times were wonderful and the front desk is always efficient and kind as well. “I've been going to this location 40 years (since I was 10 years old). When the first eye doctor in that location retired, I didn't think the new doctor would be as good. But I found Dr. Kenney to be very knowledgeable and an excellent listener. I mainly get contact lenses and my prescription changes every couple years. He explains or investigates your concerns, as your eyes may change over time. You will not feel rushed, the office is clean. I lived out-of-state for 8 years and still made my appointments with Dr. Kenney when I was in-town visiting family. Now I live almost an hour away and I still stick with Dr. Kenney. Highly recommend.“

“I've worn bifocals since i was bout 3 years old and had what i thought were good opticians in my life, but after working with Arlene for my new prescription i'm blown away by her level of knowledge, attention to detail and the time she spend with me to make sure everything was right. She delivers the sort of old-school customer service that is almost never happens today.
I made an appointment to get fitted for new Silhouette frames (they are the only game in town that carries a good selection) and to discuss progressive lenses. Arlene spend over an hour with me explaining the progressive lenses and taking numerous measurements to make sure everything was correct.
The new glasses were ready in about a week and she got them fitted perfectly.
Bottom line if you're in the market for new glasses or if you're not satisfied with your current optician, give Arlene a call and make an appointment to stop in. I couldn't be happier that i've found these folks.“
