I had a hot water tank emergency on a Saturday night and Joe called me back within ten minutes of leaving a message. He alleviated my immediate fears and got me scheduled for Monday morning. He was right on time and had me fixed up within a half hour. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and on time. He will be who I call every time in the future! Highly recommend!!!
I’ve been calling on Waterworks for all our plumbing needs since 2021. Back in the day when it was hard to get work done because COVID was still rearing its ugly head, Joe came and helped us with some leaks off of our oil burning furnace. He’s been at our house several times since then to repair the same. He’s been prompt, professional, kind , efficient. Recently with all of the rain we have been having, our property experienced drainage issues. A much bigger job but Joe was willing to take it on and help. I’ll use waterworks for all of our plumbing issues as the work and experience has been great. Highly recommend.
Joe Bardi is a great guy and great communicator. He was able to diagnose and fix our issue with our water heater. Even offered to come by in 6 most to show me how to change out the filter, and put in a self working dehumidifier in our crawl space area. Highly recommend this company!
