I had an exceptional experience with Falzone’s Towing today. Not only did they come on what seemed like a moment’s notice, the driver was helpful and pleasant as can be despite the cold, absolutely miserable weather. He was extremely efficient and had my car on its way in a flash. I would absolutely recommend Falzone’s Towing.
Was very friendly, had some fun conversations about cars while doing his job quickly and correctly, Tom was very professional with his work I would definitely recommend anyone in need of a tow truck, I’ll be calling falzone from this point on.!
The gentleman was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and was the epitome of professional.
He’s definitely an asset to your company.
