Had a simple straightforward repair - 2 electrically connected parts of the hose mechanism had come apart. I couldn't fix it, and was fearful that taking it to a repair store I'd be faced with some ridiculous bench charge just to look at it. Lo and behold, Sambuco's fixed it for less than $25 ! If you want the experience of going back in time to a previous century and way of business, check out Sambuco's. It's wonderful that a business like this exists!
They fixed my Miele vacuum and gave me a follow-up long-distance phone tutorial three years later, saving me a trip and charging nothing. Sambuco's is a model of expertise and generosity towards clients. They don't really need another 5-sytar review but I'm posting it anyway since they earn the same loyalty they show their customers.
Fixed my carpet steamer - fast service at a great price. It came back like I just took it out of the box. The store was full of every vacuum part imaginable. Places like this are getting harder and harder to find so support your local business!
