New Image workers Chris, Anthony and Nick explained what was needed to be done and professionally did it. Covered and removed all items in rooms. Prepped floors with coverings. Also, timely arrivals and updates. Removed mold and stripped affected areas. Good job!

I was so stressed out about the havoc that a broken pipe had created in my basement, flooding, damage, etc. . However, Anthony & Nick, two truly professional restoration agents, alleviated all my angst quickly. They showed up on time (which is a miracle in its self) and walked me through what was going to happen at each step in the process & what I should expect at the conclusion. It was hot, humid & nasty in my basement, but it didn’t deter them from hustling to complete the project as quickly & efficiently as possible so my life could go back to a semblance of normalcy. We had a wonderful experience with New Image Restoration after sewage had backed up into our basement. What started as a gross and nightmarish event ended with a clean, sanitized, and almost instantly better smelling basement. Anthony and Jon did a great job. They were out first thing the morning after the plumbing issue was resolved. Anthony walked us through each step, communicated well and there was no surprise fees. They really went above and beyond for us. Overall I would recommend and we would use again for any future needs.
