Ed is the man you want to see if you’re tired of putting off getting healthy and taking responsibility for your fitness.He helped me realize my potential and learn how to correctly lift with form and Safety being important. If you’ve been thinking of hiring a personal trainer to get you on the road to a healthy lifestyle I can’t recommend Grind time fitness enough, I felt it was totally worth the money.
My experience with Grindtime, I'm in my mid fifties it's been a long while since I found a trainer who really listens to me as I have medical issues due to a stroke years back, needless to say I've tried several trainers previously they were either working me to fast or too hard and I just quit, thinking I had all the mobility I was going to get. I have found a trainer who has me hoping again, going to give it all I got so that I can feel good & look good in my retirement.
Cortney and Ed are great trainers. They get you the results as well as build you up physically and mentally. The personal interest they show in each work out shows that they care and want to see you win. As well as making life changes. I highly recommend them.
