PPMA is a great place! n addition to martial arts they are great at talking about multiple topics (respect, bullies, importance of healthy sleep and eating, cool down methods). My daughter has so much fun every time she goes.

Personal Power has been a wonderful experience for our young person. She started off in beginner classes and learned how to focus better and how to release any tensions she may have. Master Zohar and his instructors are kind and warm individuals and they make sure to take time out to ensure the individuals understand what is required of them. This was the best decision we made to put her here. We have gone to another school and this one is by far superior. Come and try him out.

This has been a wonderful program for our daughter. It has helped her to build her confidence, increase her grit, understand the pillars of respect, and expand her horizons. There are programs much closer to our home but this program is worth the extra drive time and investment. Thanks, Master Zohar!
