We had a stroke of bad luck and our car broke down on 611 on the way to a family event. We pulled into Thompson’s parking lot by chance and we were helped and shown grace by the nicest people. We let them know we were having car trouble and told them we were trying to formulate a plan. They immediately sprung into action helping us locate a tow company and move forward. They were genuinely concerned and helpful and kind. We were so appreciative of people so genuinely caring.

Exceptional experience from reception to completion of the service. I was referred to Thompson by the service manager at my local dealership after hotel garage ceiling leaks stained the paint on my car. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.
