Needed some significant drain work done the night after Thanksgiving. Roto-Rooter came out at 9:30 pm in the cold to do what they could to keep us going until the actual problem was diagnosed and resolved. They came out on Saturday and discovered the sewer pipe had partially disconnected from the house. On Monday they came out and fixed the problem. Very happy with their responsiveness and the quality of their work.
Wayne was amazing. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Arrived exactly when he said he would, diagnosed the problem quickly, made the repair and made sure everything was functioning properly before he left. Even gave me his cell number in case there was an issue later. I would highly recommend!
Very good experience overall. We had a very stubborn clogged kitchen sink drain. We tried everything knew to remove the clog---plunging, vinegar and baking soda, chemicals---with no success. We then called RotoRooter and made an appintment for the following day. Scott, our technician, showed up on time and set to work. It took some time to rrmove the clog but he knew just what to do to resolve the problem. He was friendly as well as competent and left us with a clear drain. Not necessaily cheap, but you get what you pay for.
