First and foremost, Monica and her team REALLY welcome anyone of any fitness level and CATER their specific needs to their clients! No judgement at all! I have been with Monica for over 2 months now, and she really has nurtured me in a way that I am now able to lift heavier weights, tone my body and feel great about myself again! I cannot recommend Montone Fitness enough!By the way, they make everyone feel good about themselves and the play AWESOME music while you work out! I highly recommend Montone Fitness Training with Monica, especially for college athletes! I am a Division I field hockey player and committed two years ago with no weight training experience, so I decided to go to Monica to learn the basics and make sure I was using correct form. I have seen so much improvement and have definitely gained so much strength going to work with her. I still continue to work with her two years later, because she made something I never thought I would be good at or enjoy, something I love! I love Monica! I’ve been going to her for about 4 months. As a softball player, she helps to strengthen my core and improve my speed. But, she’s more than just a PT. She and I laugh, gossip, and I teach her the “cool” words at school. In the off-season we started to mix it up and introduce new workouts into my routine. She knows so much about health and fitness and I can rely on her for anything. I highly recommend!
