“My son has been coming here for 2 years now, and we all love it! The instructors are phenomenal, and in addition to karate, the kids are learning important lessons about goal-setting, standing up to bullying, and self-esteem. We’ve also hosted a birthday party here, which was a blast!“
“They take care of the children and train the children wonderfully for a better future, it is my favorite place for my children“
“East West Karate has become an integral part of our daily lives. The incredible teachers are truly devoted to ensuring that our little ones learn, grow and mature with a passion for discipline, structure and dedication. I am honored to have entered this school with my child. From the get go we were treated like family. We highly recommend East West Karate, Sensei Joe and Sensei Mary will transform your lives into the greatest version!“
“This is one of the best places to train! I've been training Jiu jitsu here for a few years and love all the instructors. Great class structure and many to choose from: morning, afternoon and evening. I love getting my cardio in, in a safe and comfortable environment while learning a few self-defense techniques. If you're a woman and have been thinking about joining a gym, come here!! It'll be the best decision you make!“
“Been going here for 8 years. I love the awesome sense of community karate brings and the confidence it builds. If you’re thinking of signing up your kid to karate, I can’t recommend it enough. The leadership team is awesome here! ???? (P.S. Jamison is the best dojo)“
“This is a great place to learn how to take your weaknesses and turn them into strengths. And learn how to take your limitations and exceed them. Not only that but your classmates your teachers give you that sense of family as well I would recommend this school to anybody that crosses my path“
“I have trained with Richard Robinson sensei for over 20 years, and have visited his dojo when I am in PA many, many times. This is a great place to learn and train in martial arts. Robinson sensei has Black Belts in multiple styles, and is a most talented instructor in Nami ryu Aiki Heiho. The folks in the dojo are great to train with. There are a handful of instructors who share decades of experience in this dojo. If you like swords, jujutsu, and samurai lore, and live in the Philly/Ft. Washington area, you want to check out the River of Life Martial Arts \\u0026 Wellness Center.“
“Master Chang is an amazing trainer. He is very attentive to development of his students. My daughter truly enjoys training at Chang Karate School.“
“What started as getting our son into karate has turned into a family affair doing almost every program offered. This isn’t by accident. The methodical approach in their Jiu Jitsu programs removes all intimidation and the karate program promotes well rounded kids. The Sensei’s and Coaches are friendly and welcoming finding the right balance of keeping you motivated. Come try out a class!“
“my sons first day was yesterday for his trial, he is 6 and was super nervous/cried and was scared. i thought he wasn’t gonna do it, until Mrs Dusty daughter Julianna took her time and did a one on one with him and his frown turned upside down so quick and he loved it! she definitely was AMAZING! she did so great that he asked to go back! i couldn’t be anymore happier with the service for the first day! thank you Julianna so much!“
“Bucks County Karate truly stands out as the best! Master Z's exceptional teaching style provides the perfect balance between discipline and encouragement, fostering confidence and self-esteem in every student. My daughter has been part of Master Z's classes for two years now, and her enthusiasm for each session speaks volumes. She is a confident, physically and mentally strong individual, equipped with skills she'll carry for a lifetime. Thank you Master Z“
“We love this place. They helped make my preschooler be confident in a social setting through their little ninja program. They worked with my son to stand up for himself if anyone tries to overpower him with not so friendly intentions. I have seen Sensei Justin kneel down to talk to younger kids and make them comfortable. If any kid is not in mood to go inside for the class they usually come out, talk to the kid, make them comfortable to step in and give importance to that kid to make them feel included. We are excited to be in Youth program. My son was nervous and almost did not want to transition to the Youth classes and in his first class there were no known faces but without even informing the sensei and their helper kids made it very smooth for these younger ninja's to enjoy the experience. This place is the best for karate as well as for birthday party fun !“
“Good Kendo & Iaido.Only one in this area.Especially they do Muso Shinden Ryu & Muso Jikiden Wishing Ryu.“
“After training for 8 years at a family style MMA dojo nearby, I switched over to Bucks County Krav Maga and my only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. All of the instructors have years of experience training in Krav Maga, and that is the only style they teach. The instructors at the MMA place took a "weekend certification" course and call themselves Krav Maga Alliance but none of the instructors every had any formal training nor belt ranks in Krav Maga, and most of what they teach is still MMA. It takes years, not a weekend, to learn this well enough to teach it.“
“Jonathan is a skilled and patient teacher who has trained me and all 3 of my children for many years. Fusion has top-notch classes, facilities, and instruction--I wouldn't go anywhere else!“
“Our daughter has been attending Action Karate Chalfont for the last two years. She has always struggled with self confidence and facing challenging situations. Since attending, I have seen her confidence in herself grow and blossom. She has found her voice and believes in herself and her abilities. I have seen her smile more and have faith in herself. She advocates for herself more and loves going to karate. She has wanted to quit and has struggled with self-doubt, but has continued pushing forward and conquering her fears. Karate has taught her grit, perseverance, and hard work. Mr. M and the other instructors have been instrumental in her success by encouraging her to keep going and always do her best“
“My name is Eric, I have trained at CFMA for a good while now (I think 3 years at least). It has been one of the best experiences for me, and became a sort of home as well. Sifu Joe Cargado is very experienced, and a great teacher. He is always trying to learn more to teach his students, it really is a great environment to train in. Also, I have enjoyed training with all of my classmates. It's a great place to learn martial arts, or to just get good exercise! I would highly recommend this place to anyone.Attached is a picture of myself with Rodtang, a famous Muay Thai fighter. Joe invited all kinds of great professionals to give seminars too!“
