I feel guilty only giving Andy and Impact 4 stars, I'm debating between 4 and 5. This review is a few years old. Andy fixed my hair color from another salon, eliminated the brassiness and turned me into a very pretty blonde which was very pretty but I felt was brighter than I was ready for. I thought his cut was cute though, and the blonde was pretty, just a little bright. I give Andy a lot of credit for spending plenty of time with me, I never felt rushed. When he did wet foils, I was freezing cold with a wet head for 30 minutes but they came out pretty. I would go back to Andy but I now live in Philadelphia. He gave a lot of highlights for a great value! Very nice, quaint salon. They used to be cash only, I don't know if that's changed. I think Andy is a very good hairdresser, very kind, experienced and I would return to him if I lived in Doylestown, but only a train ride away!

Love this place! I've been a regular for almost 30 years and it's a warm, welcoming, family-run business. The owners, Kim and Andy, are both great - both professionally and personally. Highly recommend.

This place is hands down the "best hair salon" EVER!!!! I am one that has tried so many different salons over the years; including places like Vidal Sassoon in New York, and other top notch salons.... But they have nothing on Impact Hair Salon. This salon is the real deal and everyone there is so professional and so friendly!!!! Give it a try- you will be happy that you did :)
